Tere and Peter Bonner from Aloomba Lavender were quick to realize how a map could be used to promote the Aloomba Lavender Tourist Attraction at Liston near Stanthorpe.

This map is used for running the property, for promoting the property and is proudly framed and displayed in the avender shop.   It will soon feature on the web site.

I have also included Macadamia Farm Map 2 and Macadamia Orchard Map 3 as maps that are very similar to lavender farms.

Many growers are unaware of the exact details of the property.  This information is vital for maximizing efficiency of fertilizer and water usage and for calculating yields.

Quality Assurance as well as other issues dealing with the Government are making accurate mapping ever more important.

If the property is to be sold, then up-to-date, accurate maps displaying all the information as well as hidden infrastructure including irrigation lines are invaluable.
